Ravece EVO Oil
The "Ravece" is an oil with exceptional organoleptic and beneficial qualities that have earned it the nickname of "CURATIVE", due to its extraordinary medicinal properties. In fact, it prevents degenerative diseases, aging and brain damage, counteracting the oxidative action of free radicals. Preserves the heart and the cardio-circulatory system from any health risks.
Taking a quantity of about 40 grams of Extra Virgin Olive Oil every day, the equivalent of three or 4 tablespoons, is in fact more than recommended for the well-being of the body.
It is preferable to use it raw to prevent it from losing some of its antioxidant properties.
Fam owns eleven hectares of olive groves, distributed between Taurasi, Mirabella Eclano, Venticano and Calvi, where it leads the 2600 trees using the organic method that guarantee its highly prized single variety of “Ravece”.
Peculiarities of the Ravece are the very high presence of polyphenols, which perform a deep antioxidant and regenerating action, and the intense fruity green herbaceous olive with intense notes of unripe tomato and artichoke, balanced and decisive tones of bitter and spicy.
